Dwayne Kat Barbour Sr., a 39-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., tragically lost his life following a shooting on the evening of December 20, 2023. At approximately 8:55 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District responded to reports of gunfire in the 2900 block of Knox Place SE.
