On a summer afternoon in Washington, D.C., a dispute turned deadly, claiming the life of 44-year-old Bobby Addison. The incident unfolded on Sunday, July 28, 2024, around 2:43 p.m. in the 3200 block of 28th Street, Southeast. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the scene following reports of gunshots.
