In the spring of 2020, a heart-wrenching story unfolded in Washington, D.C., culminating in the tragic death of a two-year-old boy named Gabriel Eason. On the morning of April 1st, first responders were called to a residence in the 900 block of Division Avenue, Northeast, for a report of an unconscious child. Upon their arrival, they found emergency medical services already performing life-saving measures on the young boy. Despite their efforts, Gabriel was pronounced dead at the scene.
