The male teen from Northwest D.C. was killed in a quadruple shooting on August 3, 2024, in the NoMa neighborhood. The incident unfolded at approximately 1:03 a.m. in the unit block of M Street, Northeast, where gunshots shattered the night's quiet.
When police arrived at the scene, they discovered four individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
Terrell Osbourne Jr. and another man, 33-year-old Antonio Williams of Capitol Heights, Maryland, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other victims, a man and a woman, were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. A recent graduate of Dunbar High School, Osbourne was described as a beloved son, brother, and friend with a bright spirit and ambitions of pursuing higher education. He was known for his passion for sports and academics, and his kind and energetic personality had touched many in his community.
The Metropolitan Police Department is actively investigating the double homicide and has asked for the public's assistance in gathering information. As part of their investigation, authorities have identified a vehicle of interest, a white 2019 Honda Accord, that was captured by surveillance cameras in connection with the shooting.
