On August 3, 2024, at approximately 1:03 a.m., a quadruple shooting occurred in the Unit block of M Street, Northeast, in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, D.C. This incident resulted in the deaths of two individuals, one of whom was 18-year-old Terrell Osbourne Jr. from Northwest D.C.
