In the early hours of a Monday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 30-year-old Eric Alexander was tragically cut short. On October 7, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District were dispatched to the 1100 block of Eastern Avenue, Northeast, following reports of a shooting.
