On the evening of July 1, 2023, 35-year-old African American male Donelle Hunter was fatally shot near his residence in Pompano Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Northwest 17th Terrace and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
