Hector Hernandez Pasquale, a 50-year-old resident of DeLand, Florida, died on December 2, 2023, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred on Saturday night, prompting a 911 call around 10:45 p.m. The caller discovered Hernandez Pasquale unconscious in the front yard of 808 S. Massachusetts Ave. in DeLand.

Upon arrival, deputies determined that Hernandez Pasquale had been shot. Despite immediate response, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
