Korey Woulard, a 29-year-old resident of DeLand, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:54 a.m., when Woulard was found shot and lying in the middle of Chipola Avenue. Despite the efforts of a DeLand police officer who administered CPR, Woulard was pronounced dead at the scene.
