Jamarkis Frazier, an 18-year-old African American male from DeLand, Florida, was tragically found dead on September 28, 2020. His body was discovered near Spring Hill Park in DeLand early that morning. The Volusia County Sheriff's Office identified the cause of death as a gunshot wound.
