Clayton Vernon Lowery, a 27-year-old African American man from Lake Helen, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2016, in DeLand, Florida. The incident occurred in the Candlelight Oaks neighborhood, where a minor traffic mishap escalated into a deadly shooting. Lowery's vehicle was struck by another car, leading to an argument that quickly turned violent.
