On February 7, 2024, 52-year-old Alex Ozuna was found shot to death in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Miami Gardens, Florida. The incident occurred near an SUV in the parking lot located near the 700 block of Northwest 210th Street, just before 6 a.m.
Miami Gardens Police identified Ozuna as the victim and were present at the scene throughout the day to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
As of late Thursday afternoon following the incident, the shooter remained at large.
The police are seeking any information that might lead to the identification and apprehension of the gunman. The public is encouraged to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS, with the option to remain anonymous and potentially receive a reward of up to $5,000 for any helpful information.
The case remains unsolved as of the current date, with no arrests or suspects identified in connection with Ozuna's murder. His death is one of several incidents of gun violence reported in Miami Gardens in recent times.
