Stephen Campbell, a 23-year-old resident of Miami Gardens, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2018. Campbell was fatally shot while sitting in an SUV under the Palmetto Expressway overpass, near Northwest 167th Street and 27th Avenue.
