On June 28, 2016, Jemmelle Raymond, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting in Miami Gardens, FL. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. outside a home along Northwest 24th Court and Northwest 168th Street. Jemmelle was found inside a black Volkswagen, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
