Lizandro Quinones-Salvador, a 21-year-old male, was tragically killed on December 23, 2018, in Miami Gardens, FL. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. in the area of Northwest 29th Court and 179th Street. Lizandro Quinones-Salvador was found outside a home, having been shot multiple times.
