Khambrel Mannings, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2014, in Miami Gardens, FL. The incident occurred during a violent altercation at Miami Carol City High School. According to reports, a fight broke out on the school premises, leading to a 17-year-old suspect, Freddrick Parks, pulling out a gun and shooting Khambrel Mannings in the head.
