Donald Armstrong Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Miami Gardens, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2018. Armstrong was one of two victims in a fatal shooting that occurred under the Palmetto Expressway overpass. The incident took place in broad daylight, highlighting the alarming rise in violence within the city.
