Mark Constantine, a 30-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on April 15, 2015, in Miami Gardens, Florida. The incident occurred around 2:30 AM outside a Checkers restaurant located at NW 181 Street and 2nd Avenue. According to reports, Constantine was found unresponsive in the middle of the street next to the driver's side door of a black Toyota. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
