In the early hours of July 16, 2023, Gregory Robertson, a 40-year-old Black/African American male, was fatally shot inside a social club in Waterbury, Connecticut. Robertson, who had moved from his native Bridgeport to Fredericksburg, Virginia, a decade prior seeking a safer environment for his family, was back in Connecticut visiting his son.
