On the evening of March 5, 2018, a 26-year-old man, Guy Moore, lost his life in a burst of violence outside a Baldwin Street apartment building in Waterbury, Connecticut. The Hamden resident was found by police around 9:15 p.m. suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
