In the small town of Lu Verne, Iowa, the morning of December 4, 2019, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of Jessica Weishaar, a 43-year-old Caucasian female. A beloved bank employee, she was shot and killed outside the Security State Bank during a botched robbery attempt.
