Edgar Josué Chiche Martínez, an 18-year-old who was just days away from his 19th birthday, was found dead on Saturday morning along 80 Pope Park Highway in Hartford, Connecticut. His body was discovered wrapped in a comforter, and it is estimated that it had been dumped there approximately 24 hours before its discovery.
