In the summer of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Lazarus Luciano Vigil was tragically cut short in Pueblo, Colorado. On the evening of June 28th, at approximately 9:31 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to the 500 block of East Mesa Avenue following reports of a vehicle engulfed in flames.
