In the summer of 2015, the life of 68-year-old Francisco Antonio Fresquez came to a tragic end in Pueblo, Colorado. On the morning of August 4th, Fresquez was identified by police as a suspect in a shooting that occurred outside the Cesar Chavez Academy.
