In the early hours of a summer morning in Pueblo, Colorado, the life of 18-year-old Jacob Raymond Martinez was tragically cut short. On June 25, 2022, a Saturday, police were called to the 1000 block of Bohmen Avenue on the city's south side around 1:20 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene. Jacob, a young male, was found deceased, having sustained what the Pueblo County Coroner would later confirm was a fatal gunshot wound.
