In the late summer of 2022, the life of 36-year-old Josip Philley was tragically cut short in Pueblo, Colorado. On the evening of September 26th, Philley, a male resident of the city, was walking along a sidewalk near the intersection of 15th and Blake Streets. In a sudden act of violence, he was struck by a gunshot.
