In a quiet home in southwest Pueblo County, the life of 52-year-old Leslie Howard Cole, a man who loved his family and riding his bike, came to a sudden and violent end. On the evening of June 23, 2020, a heated argument with his stepson escalated into a physical confrontation, shattering the peace of the household. The conflict took a fatal turn when the younger man, 24-year-old Tyler Idell, retrieved a gun and shot his stepfather.
