Franklin Bruner Jr., a 46-year-old resident of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on July 29, 2023. Born on February 22, 1977, in Hartford, Connecticut, Bruner was identified as the victim found shot to death at a bus stop in Pueblo. The incident occurred on Saturday, July 29, around 9:55 p.m. on Berkley Avenue, where both Bruner and his dog were found shot. The dog, which was fatally wounded, was transported to Colorado Springs and later euthanized humanely due to the severity of its injuries.
