On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, a shooting incident occurred in the area of West 24th and Lewis Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Patrol officers from the 12th Street Division responded to a shots fired call and were directed to 4209 West 24th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of a 63-year-old black male, later identified as Nicky Curtis Lamar, who had succumbed to gunshot wounds.
