In the early morning hours of Friday, October 13, 2023, the life of 23-year-old Rory Campbell Swimm, a White male, was tragically cut short in Salt Lake City, Utah. At approximately 1:43 a.m., a bystander placed a 911 call reporting a person down near the intersection of 600 East and 200 South. First responders arrived at the scene to find Rory, but despite their life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead. The cause of death was determined to be a shooting.
