On September 15, 2023, 21-year-old Brian Torres was fatally shot near the intersection of 2800 West and 2700 South in West Valley City, Utah. The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m., and the suspect fled the scene immediately after the shooting. Torres was found dead in a driveway.
