In the early morning hours of January 14, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Gabriel Vigil, a male, was cut short in Salt Lake City, Utah. The fatal incident unfolded near 350 East and 800 South in the Central City neighborhood, where police responded to calls of a shooting at approximately 2:37 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Vigil on the ground near a sidewalk, having sustained at least one gunshot wound.
