Eduardo Moreno Lujan, a 21-year-old resident of Salt Lake City, Utah, lost his life on January 30, 2023. The incident occurred at Atherton Park Apartments, located at 4545 S. Atherton Drive. Lujan was shot while sitting in the driver's seat of a car, alongside a teen identified only by his initials, A.L., who was in the front passenger seat.
