On a late Saturday morning in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the life of 16-year-old Michael Alexander McCune, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On February 18, 2023, the sound of gunfire echoed through the 1600 block of F Avenue NW, drawing the attention of local authorities.
