Michael Alexander McCune, a 16-year-old, was fatally shot on February 18, 2023, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The incident occurred at the Tan Tara Apartments, located at 1640 F Ave. NW, where McCune was on a home visit from the Boys State Training School in Eldora.
