Jenifer Nelson, aged 48, was tragically killed on February 23, 2017, outside Kelly's Place, a sports bar in Jacksonville, Florida. Nelson, who was a mother of four and grandmother to five, was sitting inside a car in the parking lot when a gunman fired multiple shots, killing her instantly and injuring another woman in the vehicle.
