On May 31, 2014, Kelly Eberhardt, age 55, was found dead in the Panama Park neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. Officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Eberhardt's body at the scene. The medical examiner later determined that her death was the result of a homicide.
