On a cold February night in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan, the life of Wesley David Skinner, a 44-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2016, as Skinner was leaving a house party, he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Kirk Avenue, where police responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 11:20 p.m. Upon their arrival, they found Skinner with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
