In the small community of Raymond, Iowa, the life of Brent Schaefer, a 36-year-old Caucasian male, came to a sudden and tragic end. On the evening of Saturday, June 5, 2021, emergency services were dispatched to a residence on Hillcrest Street following a report of a man having shot himself.
