In an attempt to de-escalate a volatile situation, 46-year-old Andrew Lee Hall Sr., a male born in the Philippines, tragically lost his life. The series of events that led to his death began on the night of December 2, 2021, in the parking lot of the Maingate Bar & Grill in Des Moines, Iowa.
