On October 8, 2022, Angela Prichard, a 55-year-old woman from Bellevue, Iowa, was tragically murdered at her workplace, Mississippi Ridge Kennels. The perpetrator was her estranged husband, Christopher Eugene Prichard, who was 56 years old at the time of the incident. Christopher Prichard entered the kennels armed with a shotgun and shot Angela Prichard in the chest, resulting in her immediate death.
