In the winter of 2020, a friendly visit in Tucson, Arizona, turned into a tragedy that ended the life of 55-year-old Jeffrey Ray Hunter. A Black male, Hunter was at a friend's home on West Blacklidge Drive on the evening of December 23rd when an argument erupted among those present. The disagreement quickly escalated, shattering the peace of the night with the sound of gunfire.
