In the winter of 2020, a friendly visit in Tucson, Arizona, turned into a tragedy that ended the life of 55-year-old Jeffrey Ray Hunter. A Black male, Hunter was at a friend's home on West Blacklidge Drive on the evening of December 23rd when an argument erupted among those present.
