On an evening in late April, the life of William Hall, a 44-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Tucson, Arizona. On April 24, 2022, Hall was at a residence near East Stella and South Wilmot roads where a dispute took place. The situation escalated, leading to Hall being shot.
Emergency services were called to the scene, and upon arrival, they found Hall with gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, William Hall succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The Tucson Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting. Detectives determined that Hall was acquainted with the individuals at the house where the confrontation occurred. While the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting remains active, authorities have not publicly identified any suspects, and no arrests have been announced in connection with the death of William Hall. The case continues to be an open investigation.
