On a summer evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of Robert C. Detwiler, a 36-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On August 15, 2020, officers from the Tucson Police Department were called to an apartment complex at 8665 East Speedway Boulevard, where they discovered Detwiler with gunshot injuries in a courtyard. Emergency services from the Tucson Fire Department rushed him to Banner University Medical Center, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
