In the summer of 2021, the life of 45-year-old Rolando Rene Garcia was tragically cut short in Tucson, Arizona. On the morning of July 6th, his body was discovered near the railroad tracks in the 5100 block of South Fletcher Avenue, showing evident signs of trauma.
