On a summer day in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 28-year-old Tyrell K. Havier was cut short by an act of violence. On the morning of June 6, 2023, near the intersection of Grant and Oracle, a shooting occurred that would leave one man dead and another injured. Tucson Police responded to the scene to find two individuals with gunshot wounds. Havier was rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but tragically, he did not survive.
