On June 6, 2023, a deadly shooting occurred near Grant Road in Tucson, Arizona. The Tucson Police Department (TPD) received reports of the shooting around 6 a.m. south of W. Budmoore Terrace, near 15th Avenue and W. Grant Road. Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive man with gunshot wounds, identified as 28-year-old Tyrell K. Havier. Despite being taken to Banner - University Medical Center, Havier died upon arrival at the hospital.
