In the late afternoon of September 18, 2023, the quiet streets of a Tucson, Arizona neighborhood were disturbed by a grim discovery. Eighteen-year-old Bryan Antonio Torres, a White / Caucasian male, was found unresponsive in the roadway on South Fremont Avenue near East Calle Nevada.
