In a tragic turn of events on July 29, 2022, 17-year-old Hector Matthew Pena-Dominguez, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot in west Phoenix. The incident unfolded around 1:30 p.m. in the area of 6800 West Devonshire Avenue.
Following the shooting, Pena-Dominguez was driven to a local hospital by several individuals. He was admitted in critical condition, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
