In a tragic encounter that unfolded in a Chandler, Arizona Walmart, Kriston Charles Belinte Chee, a 36-year-old male and a member of the Navajo Nation, lost his life. The altercation began near the service counter of the store, where Chee, accompanied by his wife, Arlinda Shirley, became engaged in a heated argument with
another shopper, 25-year-old Cyle Wayne Quadlin. The disagreement quickly turned physical, and in the midst of the struggle, Quadlin, who was armed, drew his weapon and fired, striking Chee.
