In the winter of 2015, a young man’s life was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Peter Waymen James Jr., a 20-year-old male, was killed on February 13th in what police would later describe as a planned robbery that spiraled into deadly violence. The incident unfolded at an apartment complex where James Jr. was found shot in the doorway of a residence.
