In the quiet community of Kingman, Arizona, the summer of 2015 was shattered by a tragic event that claimed the life of 57-year-old Kelly Rhae Orsolini. On August 4th, a welfare check requested after reports of shots fired led Mohave County Sheriff's deputies to a residence in the 2300 block of East Northfield Avenue, where they made a grim discovery.
