Frank Pascua, a 52-year-old retired police officer from Bakersfield, California, lost his life to gun violence on December 24, 2015, in Chandler, Arizona. The incident occurred outside the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino, which is located within the Gila River Indian Community.
